Medical Update:
Appt. did not go so well. Tumor at this point is inoperable due to size, location, and risk. Surgery would leave me on medications still and w/ sever motor deficits on my dominant side. Best for now is to stay on these debilitating medications, and wait for referral for 2nd opinion elsewhere which is what we are doing. Will Keep you posted.

Ok, ok, I know, you’ve probably been offered quack treatment options, but look into Simpson oil, concentrated marijuana oil, you live in California and its legal. It’s one of the only things to cross the blood brain barrier, and might help…

I’m so so sorry the appointment didn’t bring better news. Also, I just wanted to say that I went to the Sólstafir gig in Stockholm a few weeks ago and your friend was there raising money for your cause. Seemed like people were very generous and your friend said I should say hi to you from her!

Do you mind if my church friends and I pray for you? I’m not sure where you stand in your beliefs, but I’m a Christian and believe in God’s ability to heal. I know this is a terribly hard thing to face, and I know that we don’t know each other very well, but I’ve been praying for you. I’m praying for you as if it were my brother facing this. Not a little quiet prayer said under my breath, but pleading with God on your behalf. You’re not alone in this. I’m doing all I can to stand with you and believe for a miracle. It seemed random for us to meet when you went to my blog, but I know there was a reason we met. I’m going to be praying, believing, and fighting for you to be healed. I’ve seen my own dad healed of an incurable disease, so I know God heals; I still believe in miracles. I’ll be praying.

I’m sorry to hear you’re not doing that well. Have you tried taking any magnesium? It’s not going to be a miracle cure, but it will help. I’ll pray more specifically for you–God is the ultimate healer.
Keep fighting the battle and you will come out on top better the ever!
